The Entrepreneurial Energy Expo (E3) is an annual event hosted by the Babson Energy and Environmental Club (BEEC) at the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. E3 aims to connect the energy industry to the Babson community, to provide insight into emerging clean energy solutions, to facilitate networking and to celebrate the growing business opportunities within the rapidly expanding, and entrepreneurial, cleantech sector. 19 leading professionals from some of the most exciting firms in the industry will share their insight during six panel sessions to include: Green Building, Massachusetts’ Cleantech Cluster, Energy Services, Renewables, Green Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital. ORPC is pleased to attend and to have Chris Sauer participate as a panel member at this year’s E3 Conference.

Amid a backdrop of extraordinary environmental changes in the Arctic, more than 300 international delegates from 14 nations explored a plethora of extractive and renewable energy resources within the Far North to meet the growing world hunger for energy.
“We need to work every day to expand energy production,” U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski told the gathering at the Arctic Energy Summit’s Technology Conference, “while we also find new technologies to greatly reduce carbon emissions to slow and ultimately stop any climate change that may be occurring as a result. We need to increase, not curtail, fossil fuel production, so it can provide a bridge to the alternative technologies of the future.”
